INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATES:

1. Application of confirmation letter must be made via online form. Walk-in application or email will not be entertained.

2. The confirmation letter will be issued within 5 working days upon completed applications (subject to total applications received in at a time).

3. The confirmation letter will be sent to the applicant via email.

4. Please provide correct information before submitting the form. This is to avoid inaccuracy in the letter as some of the information is linked to the preparation of the letter.
